Read MoreI have utilized CTM accounting for the past two tax years and wish I had not done so. I was assigned randomly to Lilly who told me I had an extremely complex tax return. I am a W 2 employee for 2 locations and had a rental property. So the fees were very high for this year.
The following year I did not have the rental property but again was told my returns were complex and the return was not going to be filed by April deadline an extension would be submitted. The return was not filed until the last day of the extension deadline in October.
Fast forward months I have been receiving letters from my former state with bill for late filing and interest fees. I have reached out several times to my accountant Jen Sharpe and Paul Collins.
They simply do not respond despite additional fee I have paid for tax filing support.
Do yourself a favor find another accountant unless you like to pay higher than average fees with terrible support.
