I was very happy with the haircut she gave me. UPDATE: on December 20, 2024: Alicia wasn't available due to a family matter, but the manager did kindly message me to let me know I could get in with "Will". I went in to see Will, and had confidence he would do a good job. He went into the back for four to five minutes, and came out and apologized for the wait, saying the preparation is the hardest part. I could see that, but did wonder why he hadn't been prepared in the first place, as it was after 10 am. I had a few pictures to show him my ideas on how to achieve a style I wanted. I showed him several looks I wanted to stay away from, and what I was going for in the future. The trouble is, he didn't want to listen to my ideas. He constantly interrupted, told me anything I wanted was impossible, and insisted I expected him to cut a style that my hair was too short for. I knew my hair was too short for my future hairstyle! I just wanted it shaped a little while it was growing out.
He then suggested I come back when my hair was longer. In my opinion, Will was so argumentative and full of himself he didn't want to listen or work with me. I felt extremely disappointed with the way he treated me.
