Read MoreI did not use Cooper, but my landlords did. The AC has broken twice this year, and this second time it has been broken for over 2 weeks. It’s still not fixed today. It’s the two hottest weeks of the year thus far. My apartment has been 80+ degrees again. The first time it was 84-87 degrees. He’s done nothing but give excuses. First he was short handed. Then the part didn’t ship. Now the part is somewhere in Tennessee on a FedEx truck, after it’s over a week late. One excuse after another. I know my landlords used him because it’s still on warranty, but this is ridiculous. Do not use unless you’re okay with sweating for weeks and weeks on end waiting for him to do anything.
