First of all let me thank you for resolving my A/C issue at the house. I have always been impressed by all your techs that you have dispatched to our house to install and service our A/C during the many years.
I just want to make a comment about Manny (Yasmani). This problem was a difficult to resolve. It was a matter of replacing a faulty part or component as we are used to. Manny had to take everything into consideration since all temperature and pressures were correct in the spectrum. I had other A/C techs come out and they could not figure it out. He was so, so thorough with his diagnose. Patiently he checked every single aspect of the HVAC system. Including the air-flows and duct work which was recently replaced.
He made some changes to the printed circuit control board,on the air-handler, added some Freon to optimist the performance of the compressor. He even tapped closed the opening on the wall behind the hallway thermostat so the warm humid air in between the wall would not affect the wall thermostat sensor.
Very, very Impressed.
Not only that he figured out that the main problem that we were experiencing with the supply air and return air flows. He even spoke to my duct contractor and explained to him what he found and suggested adjustments to be performed.
Last night my house finally reached 70-degrees last night after 5-days where the indoor temp would only go down to 77-degrees during the day time and 74-degrees during the night with the A/C running non-stop. I thought I was going to burn out the unit.
This afternoon I have the thermostat set to 76-degrees and the system is cycling on and off keeping the house very comfortable keeping the indoor humidity level at 48%.
I have finally learned my lesson. No one else will touch our HVAC besides Cool Breeze while I’m still here…

Arleen was great to work with and I can’t say enough about the installation crew. I live 30 floors up in an Edgewater building: they coordinated beautifully with condo management. I’ve been using Cool Breeze for 20+ years and have always had a good experience with them. I have a service contract for them to clean my AC unit twice a year. The scheduling process is easy and the service techs always show up on time and are knowledgeable and thorough. Last year I finally needed a new AC unit. Vincent Ferrer, who I call my AC guru, hooked me up with a great unit - It’s quiet and cooler than my old one. A special shout out to Lily, who works in the office and helps me with scheduling and any questions I might have. Overall, I highly recommend Cool Breeze. I used another company prior and had nothing but problems.
