Been a customer for 10 years. Customer Service, Communication, Professionalism has all gone downhill since ownership has changed. Ill advised on multiple occasions. The past year I am constantly getting misinformed on rates, ect. I only find out when I get a bill or an audit. When questioning why my rates continually go up and the discrepancies, was told that by my agent that he doesn't have time to look into these issues. I've been with Bill Springer for 10 years, and this is what long term customer treatment looks like. Super disappointing. I would recommend looking elsewhere. Somewhere that actually looks out for their customers and "has time" for them.
