We were on a family trip with some friends, tubing the Ichatucknee when my truck refused to crank. This was after 5pm on a Friday. James diagnosed the problem and even called a locksmith for us. Helpful tip - don’t let your key fob get wet!Given our circumstances, James was professional, and understanding. We’d already been helped by another local business in getting towed there. James diagnosed the problem and, while he couldn’t correct it, he called someone who could. It was past 6 pm by this time. While we waited for the locksmith (Jerry’s A-1), James made us feel like neighbors. It was like the town was coming together to help a group of stranded tourists get home. I paid the tow truck driver (Todd from Jim’s Auto Service) and the locksmith, who both charged me very reasonably. James refused payment, given our circumstances. I was astounded. Such considerate kindness is a rarity in today’s world.I’m recommending that anyone in the area who needs auto work done, please consider using Columbia City Auto Repair. You will be treated right. James probably can’t hand out free diagnostics as a rule, but I’m convinced he’ll do a great job and charge a fair price. Great service at an exceptional business by an extraordinary guy! Thanks again, James, from the entire Worth family.
