If you have ever dealt with contractors sent by a home warranty plan, then you already know that, more often than not, those contractors are "iffy," at best. That was my experience the last time the home warranty sent a plumber to my house, and that guy tried to scam me by claiming that the plumbing problem wasn't covered by the home warranty plan. My experience with Ciro Plumbing & Heating was the exact opposite.
I was so impressed with the entire experience from start to finish, that I literally sat down to start writing this review 10 seconds after the plumber, David, left my house. Right from start, I was impressed by how quickly I was contacted by Ciro to set the appointment. I put in the claim online late one evening, and Ciro called me the very next morning (the last home warranty plumber took about 3 days to contact me). Once the appointment was set, I immediately received a professional text confirmation. This morning, I got another text notification and a personal call from David letting me know that he was about 10 minutes away.
Thankfully, the problem was not as bad as I had feared, and David took the time to explain what was happening, and he asked all the right questions that helped him immediately diagnose the problem. Even the small hole that he had to cut in my drywall was so much more precise and neat than the last plumber who had to cut into my wall. David was very polite and patient in answering all of my questions.
I can't recommend this company enough. In fact, I will now be contacting them soon to do some other non-warranty plumbing work in my condo. That's the best part about my whole experience. Even though this specific problem was very minor, I'm glad that it led to me being introduced to this company so I can use them for all my future plumbing & heating needs.
