Read MoreI've had a chance to read some of the bad reviews here and people are very dramatic. Even though this is a very small business that is ran by just a handful of people, it does get extremely busy in there. Regardless of the fact, the workers are always nice and they tend to be very helpful. I wash my cloths there all the time and I've seen what they have to deal with. It gets crazy to do with just two people (and I'm just talking about the drop offs that everyone can clearly see them doing). Because of the area, this is not a place for people that spend exorbitant amount of money on their clothes and leave unattended. I don't even like the idea of leaving my laundry cart alone just for 5 minutes. Also, most places I've been to have signs that say that you need to be responsible for your stuff. If your clothes have special instructions on how it should be done or are expensive. Then you should be doing it yourself or taking it to a place that guarantees what you need. Expecting that from a place like this is dumb. It's like going to McDonald's and expecting to get a Wagyu Rib Eye when ordering a McRib. I've done my own laundry here for almost 12 years and I can't honestly think of anything bad about it. The machines are priced fairly and the hours are good.
