These days it’s totally free, which is awesome. Airdyne bikes, concept towers, self-powered treadmills, lots of cable machines, tractor tires, kettle bells, free weights, squat racks, battle ropes, a big open space, pretty much everything you could want to get in a workout no matter what your goals are. Only critique is the hours, for a facility that definitely strives for maximum inclusion they are only open 10-1 and 2-6 Monday thru Friday. What about Chattanoogans who work inflexible 9-5 jobs? It would be great to provide them access too. If it were open 7-7 with 1 hour break during the day and limited hours one weekend day all Chattanoogans could partake in the awesomeness. Schedule works for me but I’ve invited several people who could not make it work with their schedule. Everyone is cool and friendly, very diverse crowd ranging from competitive athletes to everyday people looking to get a workout in. Staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s great the city provides this amazing service to the community!
