These plumbers showed up to the job 4 hours late, which I was very understanding and just grateful they arrived. It was a simple fix of changing shut off valves under a bathroom sink in the second floor of the house. After arriving late and quoting me 1900 for changing 2 shut offs and editing a drain pipe to the sink, they realized they did not have the right fittings to do the job, so they left for 2.5 hours to get the right materials. After arriving back to the house for the second time, they came into the house and proceeded to cut off the old shutoffs without shutting off the water in the basement. My second floor was immediately filled with gallons water which filled my first floor ceiling and then flooded the 1st floor which then leaked through to the basement. They single handily ruined all 3 rooms and cause 25k+ in damages. When I called the main boss, Steve, he said he would need Dan and his helper to leave, travel 1.5 hours one way back to their home base, and get commercial fans to dry everything out. They left all the pipes cut and uncapped and water off leaving a myself, a 71 year old cancer patient and our 10 pregnant horses with no water. They never returned and are unreachable by phone, even though they stated they would be back with fans and will not answer calls and texts. I will be reporting this to the BBB and taking legal action. This has devastated our home and lives mid winter with no effort on their part to fix their mistake. When I demanded insurance information I got no reply. With no reply on the insurance information request leaves me to believe they might be uninsured. DO NOT USE CENTRAL PLUMBING AND DRAINS
