I spent nearly 2 weeks trying to figure out which carpet cleaner service to use. I’ve never hired this type of service so I was unsure of what to ask, or even what it would cost. I also found that there are way to many carpet cleaner services in Bellingham, over 20 so I took the top 3 with the best reviews and I called 2 of them and no answer. So I called Gavin. I was impressed he picked up the phone. We chatted for a few mins and I went and booked an appointment on his website as I needed to figure out the time with my wife and didn’t want to waste his time with more phone calls. The website is easy to use and has his prices listed for normal/basic services so we knew what to expect before he showed up, which for me is a huge plus.
I was not home when he showed up but my wife was. My wife had nothing but great things to say Gavin even went above and beyond what we paid for. Did some extra hallways.
Now for the dirt! Our carpets were horrible. Even when we moved in they had stains but we have kids and had a dog prior so we said oh well. Well we had enough and wanted it cleaned man the carpets look brand effing new. He was unable to get all the stains out but like 99% of them are gone. It was like coming home to a new house.
