I can’t say enough good things about Carpet Boss—especially Taylor! We’ve had two other companies try (and fail) to remove pet stains and odors from our carpets, but Carpet Boss was the first to actually get everything out. One stain had been set for years, and we were told it was hopeless—Taylor proved them wrong and completely removed it. (The other companies literally told us that we needed to replace our carpet.)
Taylor arrived right on time, was super personable, and worked hard from start to finish. The cleaning solution he used smells mild and pleasant—no harsh chemical odor lingering afterward—and now there is absolutely no trace of any urine smell. By the time he was done, our carpets looked brand new. I honestly wish we had found Carpet Boss years ago!
Their prices are extremely reasonable as well. I’m really picky and don’t give these types of reviews lightly, but this experience blew me away. From scheduling to completion, everything was seamless, and the results exceeded every expectation. If you’re dealing with stubborn pet stains or just need a serious deep clean, look no further. I couldn’t recommend Carpet Boss and Taylor more highly!

My technician, Chris, was fantastic- professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. When he finished, my apartment felt fresh, clean, and almost brand-new. The difference was amazing! Spencer answered and was able to fit me in same day! He was accommodating, kind, and professional. He showed up on time, and was quick. When he came to ask me what I thought, to my surprise, the carpet not only looked brand new, but smelled wonderful! All the stains were gone. I highly recommend Carpet Boss. Professional, prompt, thorough and priced very fair. With an animal , I have used several different companies, and this one was by far the best.
