Read Morewhen it comes to RV repairs & diagnostics - Paul is THE MAN! no doubts, no maybe's, no should i's... if you have a RV issue and are in this area - call Paul @ JD's Towing as he will do his absolute best to help you get rolling again. short story: i just recently had my 43 foot tag axle serviced by a local service center - i picked up my coach and was about 2 miles away i noticed some of the electronics and my water pump wasn't working - i pulled over, called that service center and they said that my issues had nothing to do with what coach was in repair for and if i wanted i could make a new service appt - read that last sentence again !! no names are needed - but i figured would take a closer look once i got coach back home (about 1 hr away) i then spent 3+ hours trying to troubleshoot to no avail. no water pump no running water no electronic monitoring of my water / sewer tanks! i begin looking up mobile RV companies and came across JD's - i called and Paul answered (keep in mind, it was Monday - Memorial Day) he picked up, listened to my problems and then began to diagnose / backtrack the source of the electrical problem, test a few scenarios and probably spent close to an hour on phone with me - on Memorial Day! turns out - the work done last week at the service center directly related to the electrical box where Paul directed me to in order to completely diagnose my problem. it was simply sloppy work by that service center as two wires were uncovered and sitting on a metal plate ... hence shorting out the circuit. Paul was very kind, very helpful and very informative - knows RV's for sure. boom, covered / secured the wire properly (the center last week should have had me turn around and come right back - but that was far from the case - keep in mind my repairs cost 2000 at that center) and my water pump system back operational - Paul said he was happy to help and glad he was able to fix me issues remotely and not once did he make payment an issue - he said if i brought to him, they would have been able to fix in about an hour - and he didn't ask for a penny. facts: as long as i own an RV or if i ever need towing - JD's Towing / RV mobile repair is and will be my ONLY call! i suggest you do the same... thank you Paul - you are a stand up guy and have my business for life!

Paul was out of town when are rv ac broke. He was kind any to talk to my husband over the phone to help him Diagnose the problem. He was very knowledgeable about electronics and extremely helpful. Ac is running again with his help. Thank you Paul.
