Like many homeowners, I overlooked my Fall inspection, and wouldn't you know it, on one of the coldest days, my furnace stopped working. I reached out to them, and they arrived the very next day as requested—avoiding emergency service costs since we had plenty of electric space heaters available. The technician, Leo, was extremely knowledgeable and brought the necessary parts to complete the repair. He treated our home with respect, was very polite, and showed great skill. He even pointed out that my water heater would need replacing soon, but it wasn't a hard sell; he simply shared the signs of wear and tear and suggested we start planning for a replacement. Leo wrapped up the repairs in just 15 to 20 minutes, and the billing will come from Caleb's Plumbing. I haven’t received the bill yet, but I'm anticipating around $150 to $200 for labor and about $50 for parts (including mark-up). I’ll share the bill once it arrives. I highly recommend Caleb's Plumbing; they truly are a fantastic company. UPDATE: My bill just arrived, and it was only $176! I thought it would be much higher.
