Read MoreI typically do not write reviews but after my experience with Brincks Exteriors I felt compelled. I found a few shingles in my yard after a storm blew them off. I have a steep 12/12 roof pitch so didn’t want to climb up and fix them myself. I did an internet search and found Brincks Exteriors. They were here within an a few hours to assess the roof and give me a quote. While he was on my roof he mentioned that he saw some hail hits and recommended I talk to Melissa Brincks as she specializes in working with insurance companies. Melissa showed up a few days later to get on the roof and assess the damage for herself. She agreed there was damage on the roof and recommended I call my insurance company to see if they would cover the damage. My insurance company was able to come the next day so Melissa came back to crawl up on the roof with them and point out the damage. A few days later the insurance company agreed to replace my roof and I had a check in hand. I hired Brincks as their responsiveness and customer service was fantastic. The owner, Jason Brincks got involved after I hired them and I was in constant communication with Jason and Melissa to know where were we at in the process. Jason and Melissa both showed up the day they started the work and dropped in & out while the roof was put on. They cleaned up after they were done and the roof looks fantastic. I have already recommended Brincks to all of my neighbors.
