We received top-notch service from start to finish. Charles provided excellent customer care, always friendly and clear when explaining the plumbing process. Wayne truly made a difference during our home construction in Lakewood. He understood our goal to have the house centered on our property for a side-loading garage and recommended running a narrow plumbing trench to help us achieve this. Wayne also explained that if this solution didn’t work, there were other plumbing and septic options available, so we never felt stuck. He reassured us that getting the layout right was important, and it really felt like he cared about us being happy with our home every time we pull into the driveway. Wayne even worked closely with our engineer to make sure everyone felt comfortable with the changes. Both Charles and Wayne communicated directly with the local sewer officials, making the process easy and stress-free. When it was time to apply for our sewer permit, Charles gave us all the information and documents we needed, step by step. This team was recommended to us, and now we know why! They were quick to respond, helpful, and made everything much smoother than we thought it would be. We really appreciate their dedication and hard work.

After reaching out to several plumbers with no luck, Wayne was the only one who responded quickly and was able to fit me into his schedule the very next day. My kitchen sink was barely draining and basically unusable, but Wayne showed up right on time and got everything cleared out efficiently. He even tested the drains multiple times to make sure there were no more blockages and everything was flowing smoothly. Wayne also shared some helpful tips on how to keep my kitchen pipes from clogging up like that again, which I really appreciated. I'm pretty handy and like to tackle home projects myself, but when I tried to put in a new cabinet sink in my bathroom, I realized I was getting in over my head with the plumbing—especially figuring out the right trap and water lines. After a couple trips to the hardware store, I decided it was time to call in the pros, so I reached out to Brian's Emergency Water Heaters. I spoke directly with the owner, who was friendly and helpful. Not long after I called, Jerry came out to my place in Lakewood. He arrived quickly and got right to work. In about half an hour, he had everything hooked up perfectly, including setting and sealing the vanity top. Jerry was really courteous, honest, and professional. It was clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to help customers. I’m glad I decided to call for help—now my bathroom looks great and everything works just like it should. We had a leaky bathtub in our home in Lakewood. After we called for help, Jerry came out and fixed the problem for us. The team made sure everything was done right and even checked to make sure there were no more leaks. Their prices were fair, and the work was top quality. i really like Brian's Emergency Water Heaters. they're super friendly and their prices are great. i used to spend my weekends trying to fix leaky sinks in my old Lakewood apartment, but then i found these plumbers. they've cleared out my main line twice, flushed out debris from my pipes, and swapped out a water heater for me. they even sold and installed the same water heater for $300 less than what i paid before, and got the job done much faster. from my first call to talking with jerry, everything went smoothly. i won't try to do my own plumbing again!

wayne and pedro really impressed me with their plumbing skills and overall professionalism. they discovered a potential safety issue with my pipes that i hadn’t noticed and fixed it, even though it took more time and work than they expected. they also removed my old garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, then installed new ones—all at what i felt was a fair price. i’ll definitely call them again for any future plumbing work and recommend them to friends. the kitchen was pretty messy when they started, but they made sure it was spotless before leaving, which i appreciated. best of all, they didn’t try to sell me services i didn’t need like other plumbers sometimes do.
