The Owner is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered.
You’ll know him when you ‘hear’ him. You’ll think it’s an untrained, illiterate teenager on the phone, but it’s actually the owner.
The Shop is horrifying. There are holes in the chairs (I thought something was going to crawl out of them) piles of trash around the shop, the barbers work stations look awful, it’s just a disaster!
I gave this shop 2 tries.
#1: VERY UNWELCOMING PLACE
I had a scheduled appointment w/ Bossman, and once I arrived, he just stared at me. There was no hello, no welcome, no nothing. The barber was beginning to work on a new client.
There was no explanation, no nothing. Just a “Imma get to you”
WHAT?! If I didn’t show up on time for my appointment, would I be able to say, I’ll get there when I get there?
So be ready for that nonsense.
Also he gave me the wrong haircut. (But there was an apology given. I did appreciate that. Also, he is talented, just has a TERRIBLE work ethic. His skills were the only reason I decided to go back)
#2: Once again, Very Unwelcoming! Book an appointment in advance. Walked in, there was someone in the chair, with one person waiting. I asked about the situation and he rolled his eyes and ignored me. I left and never came back.
