We’re an hour away, and I had been trying to get local chimney sweeps and masons to come deal with our house for years. I’d get an estimate, and then no one would follow up.
Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I’m a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They’re good people, and did a very good job for me. I’d hire them again without a second thought.
