We were set for an appointment on Monday 10am and was a no-show and no call. I texted Mike the following day to thank him for ghosting me and I get a lame excuse over text that he was about to call me and he went on blaming his lead service. Excuses, excuses. He offered to reschedule but why bother. YOU DON’T TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY.
They had limited good reviews, but I wasn’t impressed. There are plenty of roofing services around. Good luck if you decide to do business with them. They may turn out to be outstanding, but I wouldn’t take a chance. If they ignore you trying to win your business when they should put their best foot forward, imagine trying to get a hold of someone because there was a problem with service provided? Stay away. You’ve been warned.
