We recently purchased our 2026 BMW M4 and had an absolutely phenomenal experience thanks to Trae and the team. From the moment we pulled into the dealership on day one, Trae was already outside and immediately approached us with a warm, welcoming attitude. We knew we wanted to see the M4, and we were so incredibly impressed with his knowledge—he truly knew every single detail of the car. He answered every question before we even had to ask, and when we did, he always had the answer. His deep understanding of the M4, paired with his genuine enthusiasm, made us even more excited about the purchase. Trae is such a polite, smart, and sincere young man—we just love him!
Throughout the process, Trae went above and beyond to keep us updated, especially while our car was in transit from Germany. His frequent updates made the wait fun and personal, and we always felt like we were in the loop.
We also want to recognize the Sales Manager, Corey, who was also professional, helpful and really nice.
He clearly knows the M4 inside and out as well and supported us every step of the way. As soon as the car arrived at the dealership, Corey sent us a video showing its arrival, and then again after the PPF and window tint were completed. These thoughtful touches meant so much and added to an already top-tier experience.
If you’re in the market for a BMW, we can’t recommend Trae and Corey enough. They made this an unforgettable and exciting journey, and we couldn’t be happier with both the car and the service. This was our first BMW purchase and it won’t be our last.
