When you absolutely don’t know where to begin, Pat walks in the door and says, “Stop, put it down, we got it.” My house truly looks more beautiful than it did before the extensive, two floors of water damage. Steph cleaned every corner, shelf top, back, front and sides of every picture. Scott and Eric did better carpentry than our original builders. Richard and Alex…with good cheer… ‘I pick things up and I put things down!’ Thank you Advanced DRI! Oh, and Shawn, that Shawn kept things moving, on time and with much needed humor! I am so grateful! Mike snd his team helped repair our basement after water damage from our flood from a dishwasher. The workers were so kind and respectful to our family including our kids. My daughter made a card for the team because she was so grateful to have her basement being fixed. 🙂 Mike stopped by regularly to check on the work and answer all our questions which at times were many. The work was exemplary and the service was the same. We will be sure to contact them again for any future projects. I can't say enough positive things about this great company, especially since right after this we had our deck replaced in a very poor experience with the contractors. It made us valued BMS Cat all the more!

Great group of professionals to work with. Friendly service, expert advice and quality work! I highly recommend Kim and his team. Rich was our main contractor at the house and it never felt like we had a stranger in our home. Our work was extensive so we got to know the team on a personal level which made it much more comfortable for the entire family. They really went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I’ve dealt with many contractors in the past and I would pick them hands down for any project! Thanks Kim and Rich! You guys worked tirelessly and were awesome!!!

Had a heater pipe leak in my master bedroom that damaged my living room ceiling, floors, and walls. Called my insurance company to file a claim, they gave me the names and numbers of three different contractors and I went with Mellon. Excellent company to deal with. From when I first called until the end of the project. They were able to work around my schedule. Kim was able to get there within the hour and assessed the issue and had his team come right away an start with tearing down the ceiling that was damaged. Kim and his team were very polite, professional and just great to work with. I would recommend Mellon Certified Restoration for your emergency and non emergency project needs.

The restoration at my home is completed. I am EXTREMELY happy with the outcome!! Kim G and his team..Rich, Eric to name a few were great. My kitchen looks better now than before!! The work done on the 1st floor of my home feels like I had a complete makeover.
The team at Mellon are wonderful. I was advised of the progress and updated regularly.
I would highly recommend them!! All phases were handled with expertise and professionalism.

I am in the midst of recoving from a kitchen fire. Smoke damage was extensive. The care, compassion from the cleaning crew (Felicia, Kerry, Trevor and Sean) was so appreciated. I have many collectibles and each one was cleaned and handled with care. The hard work put in to cleaning this house from top to bottom is so appreciated. I am very pleased with phase 1 of this project. I am sure the rest of the outcome will be beautiful.

We are very happy with Mellon. They did such An amazing job! We had a water fountain coming out our ceiling! Found out we sprung a leak in the bathroom upstairs. Called the plumber they came out quickly. Called insurance they were out quickly to get the ceiling and walls cut open and get the van and room locked down to dry out. Estimator came out and gave up the estimate turned it into the insurance once approved they were out in a few days and work was started! They finished the bathroom in 2 days! And the entire house in 3! Everything looks abs amazing! You would never know! Last year we had floors installed and the guy did a horrible job! Well after the leak we had to replace the floors do them water damage and the new floors are AMAZING! Seriously they made sure they were locked right and to the wall. Trim was placed in and all! Just everything makes me so happy! Thank you Mellon! You are HIGHLY recommended to many people!!

We are so happy we selected MCR as our contractor after our kitchen fire. They responded quickly and took our concerns regarding the smoke odor in our home seriously. Our estimator Pat Grob was empathetic, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pat responded quickly to our insurance company to help expedite a hotel stay for our family while the crew cleaned our home. He went above and beyond to create a repair estimate that was fair and reasonable to all parties involved. The transition to working with our Production Manager Kim Gehris was seamless. Kim is such an asset to MCR. He was so very responsive to even the silliest of “homeowner” questions and was easy to contact at any time of day. He ensured the cabinet layout and design maximized the storage capabilities in our very small kitchen. He was communicative throughout the actual repair process and was in regular contact with his crew on-site. The job lead Eric is obviously a very skilled carpenter – he worked so quickly and efficiently!
We are beyond pleased with the quality of work performed and the overall experience with MCR. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kim and his excellent crew to family and friends.

What can I say. Scott, you are the man! Mellon came into our lives to restore our home after extensive water damage on both floors of a two story house. Bathrooms destroyed from all walls, floors, vanities. Ceilings were collapsed and insulation breached. Without even knowing when they would be paid, Scott and his team worked during a pandemic and made the house look even better than it did before the accident. I can't thank you enough.
People, look no further for a restoration company. Others may be equally qualified, but nobody in this business has the same integrity and passion for their clients.
