We used a yellow cab when we arrived in NY and had a bad experience. We heard about blue taxi services and I have literally never been more impressed with a service, also the prices are very similar to a yellow cab but you get to travel in luxury and style Marco you made our trip to NY so much more relaxed. My family had a trip to Africa and we used Blue taxi for arrival and departure to JFK. So professional and punctual. We had 3 delays during our trip. What was supposed to be a 19 hour trip ended up being a 32 hour trip. I was able to communicate with Blue taxi and coordinate times with the company via WhatsApp. It was comforting knowing that they were able to track our flight times as well.
It was so refreshing to see the driver waiting for us as we came out of JFK arrivals. Travelling with a child and having delays is not easy. The driver helped us with our luggage and was so respectful. I cant thank Blue taxi enough and I will be referring and using this company for all my trips. Thank you

Carlos from Blue Executive was wonderful. Picked us up on time, helped us with the luggage, which was a lot by the way. The car ride was comfortable, safe and seemless even with ALL the traffic. I did not have to hang on to the “oh $h!t Bar” even once driving through the city. He did a great job and we were very pleased. Definitely will use next time we visit NYC.
