Blue Ridge Mountain exceeded my expectations! They arrived on time. Made adjustments to the work as needed (because I didn't think to include a second outlet for the washer to the work needed). They took the time to explain everything to me. They were professional and curtious and thorough with the work. I will use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.
I have seen some negative reviews on here and have also notice they all include a home warranty company. Because of my personal experience with home warranty companies, I will not hold Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing accountable for those reviews.

Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing was the BEST experience that I have EVER had in dealing with a professional plumbing service. When I called to schedule my appointment, Joshua, the office manager actually LISTENED to my concerns and I immediately knew that I was in excellent hands. Jonathan, the plumber showed up and IMMEDIATELY fixed the problem that another plumbing company neglected to fix. I read the previous reviews and I must say that being a new company, so many of us are impatient these days and expect service immediately. After going through another company who was extremely dishonest, I will gladly wait for an HONEST, RELIABLE company like Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing to fix ALL of my plumbing issues in the future. I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Joshua & Jonathan for turning my nightmare of an experience completely around and actually making this customer a believer in good customer service! Please give Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing a call, I promise you won't be disappointed.

James from Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing installed a propane tank for our fireplace in a home that we recently purchased. This is one of the only companies that I could find where you actually own the tank and are not locked into a fuel delivery contract. During the clean and inspect they found that the pilot assembly was not in working order. (not surprising since you could tell no maintenance had ever been done). James had us up and running in no time and at a price that was well below what the "BIG" companies charge. I recommend them to anyone looking for fireplace or plumbing service.

They were assigned to us by American Home Shield. They were super prompt. Responded to emails within minutes. Daniel who came out and did the install and was super knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn’t pay attention to the other negative reviews from other American home shield customers. It took me almost 4.5 weeks to get American home shield to get this fixed for me. That is NOT the contractors fault, it is the warranty company. It seems like most of the bad reviews are because AHS has poor service, not because of blue ridge plumbing. They were great to work with and professional.

I’ve had Blue Ridge Mountain Plumbing out for leaky showers, water heaters, faucets, disposals, and now natural gas. Our fireplace was down for what we thought was for good. James and BRMP cam through and took care of us in a timely and efficient manner. Do not blame BRMP for any American Home Shield woes. They go above and beyond to keep the customer happy and understand the important importance of what they do so they always do their best. Thank you all for a job well done...again.
I called this company for a gas leak on a Friday evening. James was genuinely concerned and responded immediately. Daniel and John came out, found the leak, and fixed it. Very reasonable price. Very polite. Knowledgeable. Highly recommend them! These guys are great!!!

I have to say that when I initially got the information from American Home Shield about this company...I went and read the reviews and was very sceptical. With fingers crossed and desperately needing to get my water leak and stopped kitchen sink line repaired because I had my father coming home from the hospital...I scheduled the service and both of my issues were taken care of. The gentleman named Gabriel and his assistant took care of the leak under my bathroom vanity...he actually fixed the problem temporarily...he needed a different part and said that he would come back and fix it all the way on Sunday...and he did just that. My brother even was asking about something concerning his outside water line and the guy was very knowledgeable. So, of course, when things aren't done right we complain...so I am going to use the same energy and give this company their props because they did what they said they were going to...So thanks again.
