I am giving four stars for a couple of reasons. First, we had specifically requested that boot covers be worn while working inside the home. The first technician honored this request initially, but about 30 minutes to an hour later, a second technician arrived without boot covers. The first technician did not inform them of our request, and as a result, both continued working without them. Second, our front door mat was torn when they wheeled in their cleaning equipment. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this, and it would have been a considerate gesture to notify us.
On a positive note, one of the employees returned after packing up to switch our breaker back on, which we appreciated.
Overall, the service was thorough, but better attention to customer requests and care for the home would have improved the experience.
