The communication is broken. The person that receives you in the morning does not passes along ANY messages to the respective teacher. Also be aware that the person who you conduct all business transactions, and have communication when enrolling your children DOES NOT have a clue of what goes on. My daughter got hit in the eye, no one could tell me what happened, nobody did a report, no one called me. Instead I had to asked them, only to realize they had no answers for me.
the eye was bruised, I know she must have cried. NOBODY had the decency to tell me anything, basically pretending it never happened. My poor baby talks, she told me the girl "kyana" told her I told you not to play with boys.!
Not a good experience dealing with someone so unprofessional. I called her no answer, left voice messages no answers until the next day. She also try to only have conversations via text. I wanted to address the situation in person and she refused to see me.
*** Note: she is friends with other owners daycare and sabotaged my enrollment in another place***
Thank God I was able to bring my baby to work until I found a decent daycare. She has been going to a different daycare for 3 weeks. Not even 1 issue.
