Horrible service from Shy. Owner is horrible as well and did not want to fix the issue. I requested full blonde highlights & Shy messed up and put the root color over the highlights and changed my entire hair to brown. Owner kept defending Shy & said there was nothing they could do & STOLE my money. They are overpriced and not professional. They said “we are keeping the money & you can deal with it” Don’t sacrifice your hair. Find professional stylist bc they are NOT in Black Sheep Salon. Steer clear of this place. They also use students to do hair & don’t tell you. They are money hungry, Liars & Cut corners. My new stylist could tell exactly what they did wrong without me telling her. It’s super obvious. Now I have to wait months to get this disaster fixed & my hairs integrity was comprimised & now my new stylist has to fix everything. She said their work is unprofessional & something rookies do. Don’t be fulled with their 50% off first time deal. I left with bad hair, no highlights & still had grays that should have been covered. HORRIBLE STYLIST & HORRIBLE MANAGERS!!!!!!!! THEY TOOK MY MONEY & DIDNT PROVIDE ME THE SERVICE WE AGREED ON. THATS CALLED STEALING.
