I am usually understanding but they are hours behind. Horrible customer service and liars. Never go with this company....scamming vibes is a lie and cover up....anyway I got another company that can the next day...30 minutes early notified me and kept me informed.....customer service rated 10 professionalism 10 and 10 on the project... total 150 but my tip was 50....where is the scamming...Have a blessed day and work on your customer service and not going back and forth with people calling you out on your bad service

Worst customer service ever. Had an appointment at June 8 at 10AM. Around 10.30AM I called them to check on them, and they said they were delayed and would arrive a little bit later. I called them again around 12PM where they said they still were delayed and advised me to reschedule. I rescheduled for June 15 at 10AM, this day they didn't show up ether. I didn't bother to call them, and I never heard from them again.This service is extremely poor, I don't recommend anyone to try and book with this company.

I was waiting by the phone for them to call and never received anything. Big waste of my time.Edit response: love the customer blaming. I called your office minutes after the scheduled appointment had been canceled. From the same number you were supposed to call. Was told too late! Crew had already moved onto the next. Reading other negative reviews seems whenever you have scheduling issues it’s curiously never your fault.

I was affected by the by the 15.5 inches of rain that fell within 24hrs on Sunday August 21st 2022 and even though I tried my best to vacuum with my Shop Vac it was clear I needed a Water Extraction service. I was able to get in contact with them on Monday and they came same day and got to work. As of today 3 days later, the moisture is all gone and the carpet is nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Absolute best carpet cleaning company in Dallas, these guys offer amazing work at a amazing price, the attention to detail is absolutely phenomenal. My tech Montgomery was professional and really understanding, he understood the type of work I wanted to be done in order to a remove a horrible stain and odor from my carpet and explained to me the process of it. I’ve used the big name companies before but they do not compare to these guys, the tech was competent in his work and produced amazing results. Super fast and efficient thank you Montgomery will use again.

I really liked everyone that I interacted with that works with Best Choice Services Carpet Cleaning. I was able to book the appointment for the day I requested, with John who seemed really personable over the phone. They called me 30 minutes before arrival which was nice. Curtis and Loyd were the technicians that came out and they were both very friendly. Curtis was very friendly and helpful. He let me know his recommendations as far as pet treatment areas and wasn't pushy at all. Both Curtis and Loyd were very friendly and both said "I appreciate you". The services were very reasonably priced. The carpets look great. I will give them a call if I need carpets cleaned again!

Jacob and the Best Carpet team were wonderful. After weeks of rain we ended up with leaks that soaked and stained our carpet and resulted in mildew. Jacob worked with me daily to try to get the work that needed to be done scheduled as quickly as possible around the other repairs that were required to the walls and ceilings. He was in constant communication with me and even came after hours to finish up the job once the other repairs were done. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Wasted hours of my time. Purchased a Groupon for $199 of services from Best Carpet Cleaning Services, LLC, scheduled a online appointment, arranged my schedule to be home and cleared the floor in my entire home. When the gentlemen arrived he told me they will not be accepting the Groupon, I could pay cash now, even if i wanted to reschedule for later in the week they would not be accepting the Groupon. Nowhere on the website did it say they will not be accepting Groupon's or to call a separate number. Leaving 3 Stars because they have been reasonably courteous, But Sr. management did not allow them to do the job without cash payment told me to get a refund from Groupon and pay them cash.

Woke up to 3 inches of water throughout my whole house. Trying to find someone to help save my house was going to be very difficult after our winter storm. But Best Carpet came through & was able to get to my house that evening. The gentleman who came were professional, kind & went straight to work removing all the carpet padding & putting fans & a dehumidifier in the house. I couldn’t have asked for a better company & crew. They walked me through the process & relieved my concerns & stress level. I would recommend them to anyone. Great job guys! Wish you all the best!

I had an upholstered loveseat and sofa that needed cleaning. After the initial visit, I noticed there were still visible stains in some areas. I was a little disappointed since I expected my sofa and loveseat to look brand new given the cost of the service. I contacted them the next day and they were apologetic, professional and understanding. They offered to come back out as soon as possible to clean them again without question. The second visit was just what my sofa and loveseat needed! I was extremely pleased and surprised at how new and clean they looked. He was even able to remove candle wax stain! I appreciated the customer service and willingness to make things right! I would definitely recommend and use Best Carpet Cleaning services in the future!

The company was supposed to arrive at 3pm after calling around the multiple services and each one not showing up for appointments they told me they would be on time. Did not come to clean the carpet until 7pm. Then they only cleaned have of the carpets in the upstairs. They orginally told me they were doing a special for the bedrooms $99 and then $3 for each stair. My original total was $140 they came out and told me it would be $422 which doesn’t add up. I called and asked to speak with a manager they told me someone would call me but no one ever answered. IF YOU NEED YOUR CARPET CLEANED DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

They never showed up and it took three responses for them to even answer their phone citing another appointment prioritized mine and yet they never managed to call to cancel the appointment. I told them not to even bother rescheduling. I'd be happy to take my money elsewhere. Awful way to do business since I'm in the real estate industry and require this service often.

Excellent service! I was given a couch that smelled like a dog, didn't know it at the time because it was so windy outside. The smell of this couch was unbearable. I contacted a few carpet cleaning services, Chris at Best Choice Services is the only one that brought up the treatment available to rid the bacteria enzymes caused by the dog sweat. He also offered competitive price. The reason I went with the service, him giving me details on this treatement. The treatment took at least 3 days to work in the couch I'm sure any other couch would've taken 1 day. Chris advise I wait 3 days to let the treatment work or he would request another run through. I did not have to have the 2nd treatment done. Best Choice Services was very helpful and offered the right type of service and I will be trusting them again to do any other kind of cleaning I need. The smell on these couches was not an exaggeration, if they can clean this trust them with what you think can't be handled.

Update: Got to love how the owner responds partially to complaints, only addressing the $30 for an additional service, which I was fine with as stated in the original review, just warning future customers that the stain was not completely removed. Of course he completely ignored the fact that his company tried to DOUBLE the initial quotes despite me asking all the right questions and giving them dimensions of each room and how many steps the stairs are. Again, take your business elsewhere.Original review: I would’ve given them 4 stars as they did do a decent job cleaning the carpet and arrived within the time frame they told me. They were in and out of the house in 30 mins. I own my place so I keep it pretty clean and vacuum frequently so it should be an easy job. Only exception was a small red stain from a spilled drink. They initially quoted me 99 dollars for 2 rooms with closet and a set of staircase. I SPECIFICALLY asked them whether closets are included because my closet is rather large. They said it will be included with the room. Once they arrived, they told me it would cost $199!! Citing that my closet is large... again something that was already discussed. Even if they treated it like another room, it should have only cost $132. Of course I refused! I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was moving out and have limited time. Finally they said to remove the stain, they need to use a “special” chemical and it will be $129, which they did NOT remove the stain anyway... even though they said they think they’ll be able to. But whatever. I agreed to that price, but it definitely left a bad taste when they try to upcharge and double the price on arrival after I specially asked.

Called at 5 they said can make it until 7-9 pm. At 9:30 pm still no show and the gentleman named Chris will not answer the phone. I WOULD NOT recommend this company to no one. Don’t not use them 😡😡😡

I needed carpet cleaned for my nursery and called best choice for a quote. Their schedule was very difficult to accommodate with no afternoon appointments so I took off work so I could be present to accommodate them. They then cancelled the appointment after I called them the day of the appointment when they were late. Ofcourse "john" stated he didn't have a team that could get out there. He was very adimant in staying "there is nothing I can do" and when asked of this was seriously how he runs a professional business he decided to sarcastically reply "absolutely". It was bad enough that at 8 months pregnant and after waiting a week for them to come out AND taking off work that I could have use for maturnity leave they cancelled, but to get treated with no respect and not even attempt to resolve the issue was appauling. I found a company that was able to come out the same day and even beat best choice grounds prices by 20%. I wouldn't bother with this company, overpriced and unrealiable.

let’s face it carpets are kind of gross, each and every one of them. They are usually one of the most important components of our home or offices and the one we treat the worst. If you really thought about everything that’s been on & across it, in it or could be.. Why wouldn’t you hire the company that’s going to get that carpet back to its best and healthiest shape, without using chemicals like the “chain guys” do that can actually make you sicker than what was in your carpet in the first place? Plus paying a better than chain price that even has the other “”eco friendly” guys beat! I get premium, professional, plant based & health conscientious service every time and pay less than my neighbors do for their “tier 2” and toxic service without a smile or care about their health guys. Go with the guys that turn gross into gorgeous.
