Brian and Nick came out today on a service call after my ekectricity went out. My power came back on, but not the AC. They were getting power from the main line, but it wasn't powering the AC unit. They determined the relay switch had burnt out and melted. Whomever put in the unit before I bought my house had it lying on the ground. They replaced it and relocated it well above the ground. They checked everything out and made sure all the duct work was connected propetly. They were very professional, polite, efficient and thorough! Their service was exceptional! Thank you again! Kudos to Behrens Heating and Air!

I had work done on 3 occasions over the years with them and this is my first time writing a review. I am very happy with their service. They have that old-school customer service type of view. They want to make sure you are happy with their products and service. That’s a big deal to me. They were well-mannered and friendly and did great work. The area was clean afterwards. Paul was very good about educating me on the products. I recommend this company 100%.

The installation was performed in a very professional manner. Attention to detail was a major benefit. The RUUD equipment is working flawlessly and is very quiet. And the price was by far the least expensive of the other quotes I received. I definitely recommend Behrens for any HVAC needs.

I called the company and they sent an installer to me to fix the air conditioner, Danny and his assistant arrived within half an hour! it's amazing. They tried to find the problem, but they couldn't because they don't work with this brand, but they tried to find the problem and most likely the wiring was installed incorrectly.they probably lost about an hour and didn't charge me a penny, they said we wouldn't take the money because we hadn't done anything. I recommend this company as honest guys work there.

I would just like thank Behrens for the great service in getting my A/C system back up and running. The parts had to be ordered and we were told they wouldn't be here until tomorrow. The parts came in this afternoon at 5:30, Daniel called and asked if he could come out today to install them.
He and his helper Adrian did a fine job getting us cooled down. Would definitely call on Behrens again.

Woke up sweating this morning and found the thermostat was reading mid 80's. I called Behrens Heating & Air at 7:30am and left a message and asked my wife to start calling around to other AC companies if I didn't hear back by mid-morning. I got a call back in 20 minutes from Christina stating someone would come out today. Before 10am my wife called me to say the service team had already been out and the AC was fixed. Extremely fast response time + stellar communication + issue resolution + fair price and here I am happily taking time out of my busy day to write this review for this wonderful company in a comfortable 76 degrees.

They came out quickly and provided an estimate, which was very reasonable comparatively. When I was ready to proceed, they scheduled me in quickly, were on time and got the job done quickly but correctly.
