The first time was an emergency where we had a leak from the water heater into the flooring of the downstairs guest room. Riley had come out and quickly and efficiently done the work to replace the piping at a fair price. Not too long afterwards, we noticed yet another leak (our house is over 20 years old at this point and was built with the cheapest materials possible, so we had no doubt that the problem would escalate.) We called Barney’s again and Jesse, a very knowledgeable, articulate guy came over to assess the situation, gave us a couple of options (one more inexpensive to just repipe the downstairs, and one option to repipe the entire house). There was no pressure to do one or the other, but we chose a complete repipe, since problems were likely to continue. Jesse was so professional, took care to do the least amount of drywall cutting possible, and cleaned up well after a few short days of work. Also, we were happy that he was willing to wear an N95 mask that we offered due to health issues in the family. He never complained about it and wore it the whole time. We appreciated that he was happy to follow the rules of the house and keep us safe, despite the fact that most wouldn’t nowadays. Naturally, when we needed a dishwasher install, Jesse was the first plumber we called. We would not hesitate to recommend Barney’s Plumbing to anyone who wants professional, friendly service and a fair price. Jesse is the best!
