His clear explanations made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. Even though he was very professional, Brett was also friendly and approachable. During his second visit, he put in a lot of effort to install a new faucet in my vintage bathroom sink. Given the age of the sink, it was a challenge to find a faucet with compatible handles, but Brett managed to do it and it looks fantastic! He recently worked on my severely blocked kitchen sink drain. The pipe beneath the sink, originally installed by a different plumber, was not up to code, something I was unaware of. Brett replaced it with a new pipe that will simplify future access. I opted for the Bio-Clean product to avoid future blockages. It feels so good to have a functioning kitchen sink again. On his most recent visit, Brett, along with his assistant Ian, swiftly replaced my old, leaking expansion tank. They knew exactly what they needed to do and completed the installation of the new expansion tank in under an hour. Both Brett and Ian were friendly, professional, and more than happy to answer my queries. I would highly recommend the team at Barker Brothers Plumbers for their exceptional service.
