I have a large, two story, 23 year old house and storage outbuilding. They are vinyl sided and metal roofed with a concrete driveway and sidewalk. They had always been pressure washed with a bleach solution which degraded the vinyl. I got four pressure washing estimates and B3 was by far the lowest. I had no experience with soft wash but Bradley visited to give me an estimate and explained the soft wash process. Boy am I glad I decided to go with B3. The metal roofs, vinyl sides and concrete look almost new. Bradley was very pleasant, professional and went the extra mile on every part of the job. I and especially my wife were very pleased and plan to use B3 again.
