My daughter was in an accident with an Auto Owners customer and we have had to deal with their agent, Tiffany. She has been the most unhelpful person throughout this entire process. 3 weeks after the accident, of which their client was at fault (the police report indicates that, and our insurance determined it as well, totaled our car, etc), they NOW tell us they have not accepted liability. We are still trying to get reimbursed for medical expenses and rental car expenses incurred because of this accident caused by THEIR customer. Each time we have called her, she has a long hold time, seems bothered to answer any questions, seems to be always "going into a meeting", and says she'll call back, but never does. We have had to be on top of this process in addition to having to find a replacement car for our daughter and Tiffany has made this process nearly impossible to resolve in a quick manner. I do NOT recommend this person at this agency.
