I have used Ascend Plumbing in the past, but after today’s experience I wanted to provide a review for people looking for a quality plumber.
I had a plumbing emergency today and Michael was responsive and quick to come help. He quickly took care of the issue and even went above and beyond to check all the other plumbing in my home. More than this, his prices for this were more than reasonable. It is evident that Michael is not out to nickel and dime people. I have already referred him to family and friends, however this has solidified the phenomenal work Michael does CONSISTENTLY.

I had a wonderful experience with Element Plumbing. We purchased a pot filler from the company and Michael came out to install it in our kitchen. Michael was very professional, fast, and clean. He was right on time for our appointment and the service and quality in the work were top notch. While Michael was at our house we inquired about moving an outdoor spigot and rather than having to make another appointment Michael was able to do that in addition to installing the pot filler. Having some experience in the construction industry, I know the difference in quality of plumbers and this company is definitely one that I can recommend.

We were so fortunate to find Michael, owner of Element Plumbing! We had water leaks under our kitchen sink which were even more troubling since we have an upstairs condo unit. Michael made all the needed repairs efficiently and even upgraded an additional feature that we had to water our patio plants so it was easier to use.
He was efficient and courteous and and we couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did! We wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again!

We had thought they were just simple exterior problems, but it turned out that one of the faucets had been leaking water into our crawlspace for several weeks. Fortunately it wasn't a huge amount of water and he was able to clean it up for us, but he stayed late into the evening to fix it including a trip to the store for parts. He was very friendly and professional too, a pleasure to do business with. Would definitely call Element again!

Best plumbing company by far. Prompt, courteous, personable and easy to work with. Michael installed a new tub, new faucets, found and fixed a few leaks and adjusted our outdoor gas heaters. Michael pays attention to details, does high quality work at a reasonable cost and is considerate of our home and pet. Ana does an amazing job of prioritizing the work based on need (leaks) and aligning work with parts delivery.
Michael and his employees did quality work during our remodel project. They were very professional, considerate of our home, kindly answered all our questions about the strange plumbing in our older home, and did really nice finishing work. We highly recommend Element Plumbing.

Thank goodness for these guys! My stupid sink started backing up in my kitchen. Being a first time home owner is stressful and I wasnt prepared with a trusted plumber yet. Got referred to Element and am so happy to have a plumber that i can trust. Michael worked around my work schedule and even gave me info about how to maximize my hot water tank output. He let me know that my leaky faucets in my shower could be fixed with a few quick adjustments (and that I didn't have to get new fixtures) and that my drain being plugged.... was from 12 feet under my unit. Cool to know the dirty details.
He was very clean, respected my house, didn't make a bunch of noise and disrupt my space. Even sanitized my sink after clearing the clog.
We are in the market for a kitchen sink install and garbage disposal so I will update with pictures once he comes in and installs it. We have already re-hired him for job number 2!! Thanks for making this a manageable project.

Michael (the owner) came out to replace an old hose bib (faucet) that had begun to leak badly. He arrived on time, calling beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He showed up masked, and even put on booties for the inside work. Replacing the faucet required opening up an interior wall to get at the plumbing. Access was awkward, requiring either removal of a toilet tank or working underneath a built-in desk. He opened the wall from the desk side (saving me money on parts & labor), working in the cramped space below the desk. He also installed an access door, which hid the hole nicely and allows future access if needed. The faucet itself is from a US manufacturer, appears well-made, and is easy to turn (which my wife will appreciate). He did such a great job I asked if he could replace our other outside faucet, and he was able to do that on the same visit, giving us a discount since a second trip wasn't needed. The whole job took him only three hours, and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. I'm very pleased with the work done, and would definitely hire Element Plumbing for any future plumbing work.

We had a water line from the main leaking in our front yard. We contacted Element Plumbing and received a timely and accurate quote. This was a dirty, cold and muddy job requiring immediate attention. They found the leak and replaced that portion with new pipe and fittings. They were professional in attire and manners and very cordial. We had another issue with our bathroom sink. They took off the over suit and dirty boots to come inside and quickly resolved that plumbing backup too. I highly recommend this company. I don't usually write reviews but this experience was too good to not share with others who need more than just the average project done well once. These guys are the best at what they do!

After 20 years, my old Rheem hot water heater was no longer producing like it used to. Everything I read indicated that I was on borrowed time and my unit would give up any day. I called 5 plumbers to get bids on a new gas hot water tank installed. Hired one, and they didn't show up. Called another, too busy. Called another, too far away. All of of them said that in the 98034 zip code it would be at least $2000 for a 50 gal. 12 year warranty tank installed, and take the old tank away. Then there's $200 in sales tax. Yikes! Ok, get used to it, you're going to pay.
Called Michael at Element Plumbing in Kirkland. He came out, gave me a bid and I told him I wanted a good tank and let's go first class. A couple of days later he showed up, installed a new gas Rheem Professional tank, 50 gal. 12 year warranty, replaced all of the old fittings with new brass and copper lines, and did a superb job!! Works and looks great.
When Michael was done, he left everything so clean, it was as if no one had been there. The tank, the floor, and surroundings were spotless!
When City of Kirkland came out to do the inspection, the inspector said, "This is outstanding workmanship, rarely do I see this good."
I paid today's going rate, but I got real quality and I'll bet I get 20 years out of this tank.

They not only repaired the known leak, but also discovered another one in the hot water line and repaired that as well at no extra charge! They also rebuilt a leaky hose bib on the way out.
