I have been an air around the clock customer since 2018. I have had a good experience thus far. However, I have been having AC issues for the last 2 months and after having over 7-8 appointments and almost 10 technicians no one knows what the problem is. I am 30 weeks pregnant and it has been 85 degrees in my house for FOUR DAYS. I spoke with Brenda in customer service and she was extremely rude, unprofessional and not willing to help in any way. I called back and spoke with both Katherine and her manager Brittany who were wonderful and extremely helpful and professional! I now have a manager aware of my issues and a head technician, Carlito coming out today. I will gladly update my review once issues have been resolved.
