I would give 0 stars if it were possible.I trusted the manager/ personal trainer in charge of this building waa honest and ethical. We'd agreed on several training sessions. I paid for half of them up front and then had recurring weekly charges afterwards.I ended the payments from my end when I'd paid out through what we agreed. Then she told me that I owed more money. So I gave a card # and it was then charged for 9 more sessions then I'd ever been told I would be charged.She continuously evaded my question of how much extra had been charged and how many sessions we had left to train together. (It was hard to keep track as I was incredibly ill in the hospital for a month and she spends about a week or two away from the gym every month)After five months I realized that I had to do something myself because my six month pre-paid membership had ended and she never transferred the funds into another 3-6 month contract.I decided to look up how much I'd actually been charged. Instead of the agreement of a little under 700$ for nine sessions of private training. I'd been charged 1200 Dollars for seventeen sessions.I then contacted her asking why there wasn't accountability or answers for where my money was for the hundredth time.(This was a topic I brought up every time I saw her from November till today)I was told that she had chosen to charge me for 14 sessions of training, reaching into my pocket without my consent and paying herself for 5 more sessions then I agreed to.She then proceeded to explain that she was going to give me prorated access to the gym till I move away to Dallas with the remaining balance.It then occurred to me that she had reinstated payments to my account, stolen my money and never answered any of my questions about how many sessions we'd done or how much money needed to be refunded.Her choices to be incredibly deceptive are a profound breach of trust as a client.There's never a reason to deceive someone into paying for training sessions they don't want.What's worse is when I asked for information on who to contact about her unethical behavior, she essentially gave me an email that she will be the only one responding to.I've talked to many clients who have suffered from over charges or surprise fees and took the liberty of contacting the authorities necessary.What's most incredible is that after robbing me, she proceeded to try and evade paying me back the money I never authorized to be charged... Not that most of it was contractually agreed upon anyway ...Fair warning, avoid this gym.The equipment is falling apart, the restrooms all have a leak somewhere in the plumbing.The temperature control of the building is never adequate.Aside from that it's a nice little collection of folks who workout there and I've become close friends with dozens of great people from that gym.It's truly a disappointing situation.Consider yourselves warned
