I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with Andrea Sabus and her team was so positive that I had to leave one.
I needed to secure renters' insurance for an apartment immediately before the unit could be occupied. My problem was that I had less than 24 hours to find coverage or risk losing the unit. To make matters worse, we didn't learn about the required coverage until after regular business hours. Things were NOT looking good. That is, until I remembered meeting Keenan from Andreas' team, who told me to "call anytime" if I ever needed anything.
So I did.
At 8 p.m., he helped me through the process, select the right coverage, and even forward the new policy to the property manager. I woke up the next morning to find everything already completed, along with digital copies emailed to me AND the landlord. The best part? State Farm's rates were better than any I could find online from other agencies!
This was a breath of fresh air in a world of online chatbots and corporate phone numbers that send you in circles and never let you talk to a real person.
What could have been a headache ended up being a breeze! There was no passing me off to someone else, no run-around, no upsell, or waiting until tomorrow. Just Keenan, who took the time to understand my problem and worked to help me resolve it, all on his own time.
