Read MoreI have used Amercon Restoration multiple times. Each and every time John has been very responsive and quick to help me through a very difficult time. In the most recent unfortunate occurrence, I recently had a toilet line seize and had water damage through 3 floors of my home. Upon returning, home to see what had happened, I immediately called Americon again as soon as I noticed the issue. John had his emergency response crew at my house in less than 2 hours working into the early morning hours to take care of me and my home. If not for the extremely fast response, I am not sure how much more damage my house could have sustained. There was damage in multiple rooms and multiple floors. John came over and put my mind at ease that everything would be back to normal as soon as possible.
John has always assisted me every step of the way and I feel like he treats the whole process as if it was his own personal house.
John always walks me through every single process and explains step by step what the Americon team will have to do and in what steps the process will be proceeded in. My favorite part about working with Americon is that they do not push you into making decisions to simply fit their timetable. John takes pride in making sure that every decision I make for my house is one I am very happy with. He even assists if and when I make the wrong decision that may delay the process for his company, which I have done so in the many times I have worked with Americon. He will stop his crew to afford me the proper leeway and time to correct the issue I created for them. Not many Companies allow you to change their construction times. That is just how much John and Americon go above and beyond to make sure every single aspect of the build is up not only to his standards but my own. He completely understands that it will be me that is at that house long after his crew is done and John always assures his customers are 100% happy with everything his crew does.
John's consulting with the insurance company’s and or insurance adjusters is by far is the best I have ever received. They handle everything on my behalf with the insurance. Something that I was uneducated about. He exceeds my expectations as well as what money I receive to put me back in the position I was before the damage.
I hope I never have to go through another emergency like this again, but I at least know I have a Company I can always reach out to that I am comfortable with and that takes care of me. I will never hesitate to reach out to Americon in the Future. I truly feel like a happy customer that is now part of the Americon family. It shows that they care about their customers and they always strive to make things better. If you are reading this like I have read online reviews to help me make important decisions in the future, when in need DO NOT HESITATE to call Americon. You will not be disappointed.
