We had the Daytona office of American Leak Detection out today due to a very high water bill. Phil was amazing. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, and professional. He impressed me with his knowledge of leak detection. In addition, the management team was very responsive about our concerns, and they were very courteous and professional on the phone. Although we had no leak, we wouldn’t hesitate to use this Daytona office again, should the need arise. Phil and the management team should be commended for great work! I have used American leak detection numerous times over the years for leaks in my pool (it seems about every 4-5 years the pool starts losing water). The latest time they sent an extremely polite and capable young fellow named James who arrived right on time, and was able quickly find and repair the leak.
Note that while no leak detection service comes cheap, I have consistently found American Leak Detection's rates to be at the lower end of the scale.
I have no reservations recommending this company to anyone who has a pool leak.

Efficient, thorough and on time. Found my leak, adjusted the problem, gave me tips for the future to prevent the problem. Expensive but so worth it!

This company was very responsive to our need for leak detection. Both the very kind woman on the phone and the tech who came out and verified the leak were great. The cost just seems somewhat high for a visual inspection.

The technician did find some leaks and applied a temporary epoxy patch, but the water was slightly discolored at the time of inspection—which apparently voids any chance of getting their work warranted. They flat-out refused to stand behind the service because of that....Read More

The technician did find some leaks and applied a temporary epoxy patch, but the water was slightly discolored at the time of inspection—which apparently voids any chance of getting their work warranted. They flat-out refused to stand behind the service because of that. For a company that specializes in leak detection, you’d expect a bit more professionalism and less finger-pointing. Disappointing experience overall.
