Jacob Vasquez was the tech and he did a thorough inspection of the system. Unfortunately, we had more of a problem than anticipated. The next day Steve Stout came out and inspected our system and gave us quotes on a new system. It was expensive, more than we had anticipated, but the benefits I feel will outweigh the cost. Much more efficient system, resulting in lower utility bills, and several other perks such as routine inspections and cleanings. I feel they were honest with us and didn’t try to sell us on the top system which was the most expensive. I plan to continue to be a customer of theirs for years to come.
UPDATE: Adam and his crew came to our house at 8 am and left about 6 pm. They worked tirelessly to get our new HVAC system installed and running. It was I credibly hot in the attic where they needed to remove not only the broken furnace, but also the previous furnace that had not been removed by the service we used 8 years ago. I just can’t say enough good things about this crew. Adam was professional, incredibly knowledgeable about what he was doing and the job went smoothly. Thanks so much for a job well done.
