Worked with Jacob who at first was kind enough to provide us all the possible options we had regarding the replacement of the roof. It was great, I thought we were in good hands after getting multiple quotes from roofing companies. I thought we had picked the right one. Then came the issues. He told us he would keep us updated on when the work would begin and he never got back to us after giving us a week when the work would start. A couple of months went by and no updates and then the week of the work comes and no one comes. So I start calling the office since when I would ask him he would tell me he would get back to me and nothing. The office tells me they had no updates and they would get back to me the following Monday which of course they did not. I call again Tuesday and they still had no update so I asked them for a refund since I had paid them over 6k already and they ghosted me, the lady Ari tells me she would have a manager reach out which ends up being Jacob telling me there has been a delay and I am up there in priority somewhere. I have to follow up again in a couple of weeks to be told at the end of the month I would have somebody coming out. Ok fine. They come out to do the work, which was average at best and they needed to come back out and do the gutter installation which takes them another few weeks before it's done. Ok fine, no problem. Then comes by biggest issue of them all. I am emailed and invoice which is of just a little over 2k remaining because if the gutter and plywood. Then a few days later (today) I am given a new invoice of almost 6k MORE than the original final invoice. I am told by Jacob they had not previously included the additional work. It comes off very shady because they never show me anything on any previous invoice to justify that amount. They just slipped it in and say pay us. To top it off, my neighbor tells me days later that the soffit vents are coming off after the roof replacement. Horrible way to do business and adding costs without first consulting with the customer. I would NOT recommend this business at all as the overall experience was HORRIBLE!!
