I had a fantastic first experience with All Seasons Carpet Care. Landon arrived right on time and explained every step of the carpet cleaning process in a clear and friendly way. I could tell that customer service and honesty are very important to them. The carpets in my Boston home look great, and the price was very reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell me or use any tricks, and I appreciated that they only use organic cleaners, which is important for keeping my home safe from harsh chemicals. I had a 9 x 12 oriental rug that had been in storage for a while and really needed a deep cleaning. I reached out to All Seasons Carpet Care and spoke with John, who was very friendly and helpful. After a quick call, we set up a time for later that day. John arrived right on time, took a careful look at my rug, and did an amazing job steam cleaning it. He was professional, courteous, and worked efficiently. He even shared some helpful carpet care tips with me. I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to my family and friends. After moving into my new condo, I needed all the carpets cleaned because the previous owner had smoked indoors, leaving behind a lot of residue, edge soiling, and several old stains. I contacted All Seasons Carpet Care for help. Avery came right on time and got straight to work. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently—the results were better than I expected. Avery used top-notch equipment and clearly knew a lot about the best carpet cleaning methods. There were some areas I thought might need to be replaced, but after the cleaning, they looked almost new. The price was fair for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I had my carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture cleaned today and it turned out to be a great choice! Harrison did an amazing job on everything. The carpets look as fresh as when they were first installed. I was thinking about replacing the sofa and chairs, but now they look so clean I don’t need to. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was excellent and will help me enjoy these pieces much longer without spending a lot. Harrison was on time, very professional, and I really appreciate the effort put in. I’ll definitely call them again for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

I HIGHLY recommend All Seasons Carpet Care! We had a tough stain that other carpet cleaners tried to get out, but it always came back after a few days. Before coming over, Harrison and Avery looked into the type of carpet we had and even tried to figure out what caused the stain, since we weren’t sure. They arrived on time, were very respectful in our home by covering the floors and their shoes, had great personalities, excellent customer service, and their prices were very reasonable. I’m looking forward to having them back for our next carpet cleaning.

John was able to save my carpets from the tough messes left by kids and roommates! No matter what kind of stain or how long it had been there, he used his carpet cleaning skills to get them all out. He let me know that carpets do get older and he can’t work actual miracles, but the cleaning products he uses really did more than I expected. Now my carpet looks, smells, and feels fresh! With prices this good, I’m happy to schedule another cleaning. We all know kids and roommates can be rough on carpets. John suggested getting the carpets cleaned 2-3 times a year, and that sounds great to me. I’m really impressed and can’t wait to see more results next time.

This is our second time having our carpets cleaned, and we’re really happy with the results. Landon was great—he replied quickly, and scheduling with him over text was easy. We have an old house in Boston with carpets that have been around for a long time, but Landon made them look and feel fresh again. Now we plan to have him come every six months to help our old carpet last even longer. He also managed to remove stains that other carpet cleaners couldn’t get out, like a tough red drink stain on our light carpet. You can’t even tell where the stain used to be!

My carpet is ivory, which is tough to keep looking clean, and the high-traffic spots were really dirty. The technician, Harrison, took time to explain the treatments needed for the stains and walked me through the whole cleaning process. He was very thorough and professional. Landon did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! I usually like to support small local businesses in Boston, but I was thinking about trying to clean the carpet myself to save some money because of my recent expensive move. A friend recommended this company and said Landon was honest and did excellent work. I’m so glad I decided to call! Landon handled everything himself and was very reliable, thorough, efficient, and professional. The best part was that I got my full deposit back from my landlord! The price was reasonable and the results were much better than what I could have done on my own, especially with the stubborn stains. It was definitely worth the money, and it saved me a lot of time and stress during my move. I’ll be calling them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.
