I can’t remember having a better all around complete experience with a company. Every aspect of Airstream’s customer service was stellar.From the employees like Raven who scheduled the appointments, to Jared who did the consult, to Kyle and his partner doing the install, every thing was easy, clear, and I felt complete trust.Service was fast, Jared did an incredible job laying out my options, costs, his recommendations, etc. he even went out of his way to save me money.Installers were right on time, great communicators, and fast. I cannot say anything bad about this experience.You can tell company culture is tight and small, and the owner preaches detail and customer service. I hope all the employees I mention are taken care of, because the success of Airstream is directly linked to the incredible job they all did. Never again will I deal with a subpar company like Hillar.
