A couple years ago I didnt hesitate to give a great review for this family owned business. However, today I have a much different experience! Let me start by saying my gripe is not with the tech, it is with Andrew. Apparently, Andrew considers himself a manager. That is a stretch. I simply called and had concerns. I received a call back from Andrew and he immediately made me regret calling them, referring them to my father, and referring them to a coworker. He not only let me know that my business was not appreciated but that it was not needed with their company. I absolutely hate this for the original owner....I truly do. It shouldn't matter what certifications, experience, or what level of knowledge Andrew has, he is horrible for this business! I was VERY aware of a call out fee, and obviously a fee for whatever work may need to be performed but then the price included 80 for a leak test (already knew there was a leak), fee for a vac of the system (already empty) then a 2lb minimum charge for freon when my system only holds 26 Oz! Sorry AirCo, if I want to get B.S., I will visit my grandfather's farm.
The tech showed up, diagnosed the issue, offered a very reasonable estimate and fixed it very quickly! Would recommend to anyone!
