Read MoreI was just on google looking for the address for Aida’s salon, and wanted to add my voice to all the positive ones here. Objectively, the best endorsement I can share is that I’ve managed to convince Aida to let her care for both my parents’ and my discerning wife — how many hairdressers can you say that about? There are a couple of things I think people look for in a hairdresser: first and foremost, ability with hair. For years before I’d gone to Aida’s, I’d not even realized my coarse curls could be tamed. Everyone in my family feels heard, understood, and her execution means we aren’t going anywhere else. It helps that she’s also very easy to talk to (my parents joke that she’s the family shrink, but do you know any other therapists that make you look better too?), and that her shop is not crowded and it’s absolutely spotless.
This review is as overdue as my hair treatment, and I’m not even sure if this review will help her (I don’t know if she’s taking on new clients), but her work will ruin your perception of any other haircut or treatment you’ve received. Thanks for making us all look great, Aida!
