I went here at age 15 with my mom as my Christmas gift. I had brown hair and it was an appointment to go lighter - to a golden, yellow classic blonde. I literally said those words and was given streaky, orange hair that looked like a middle schooler had done it using a very cheap CVS color. I was extremely disappointed and the owner, Adrienne told my mom and I to go buy purple shampoo from Sally’s… I was a teenager and did not have a job. So after my parents paid for this the owner was not offering to fix the horrible dye job and just told us to go out and spend more money. The owner and the hair stylist at the time I want to say her name was Bonnie, they both justified the work and said well you asked for a golden blonde (my hair was orange). So it took months of using the purple shampoo for it to even resemble some sort of normal. This was an awful experience. I really held back on writing a review however I want this experience to be publicly shared as it has always traumatized me - this was my first time ever getting my hair colored in my life.
I understand that hair color and hair appointments are a luxury but this doesn’t excuse the fact that this experience was simply horrible customer service and made no effort to rectify or redeem the situation. Please hear my thoughts and try to do better in the future
