They were familiar with the products I selected for installation had advice on products that I should consider before the project started and provided the guidance I required. Will be using this company for my next 2 bath renovations.

I had a small problem that required the expertise of a plumber. I was informed that it would be a minimum of a 1 hour service call. I agreed and left the item that needed work and told them that there was no rush and could wait until next week. 2 days later I got a call telling me it was fixed. When I went to pick it up, Michelle told me that there was no charge. These days nobody does that. But they did. Even though I was an existing customer of theirs, I was not expecting that. They are the best. I will continue to use them in the future.

I connected with Michelle as i was just looking to replace the Air Handler Motor and it was under warrenty, the guy who installed my AC moved out of state and retired. I connected with many companies and they were quoting me a high price. Michelle was able to order the part and get the part replaced for just $250 ( $70 for site visit and $170 as labor).

I contacted this company when my AC wasn't working properly. They had an opening 9 days later but said they'd call me with any canceled appointments. I expected this because it's summer and 90 degrees out. Got a call back around 2:30 the same day that a tech was finished with another job early and was in the area, would I be home? To get my AC running again, I would have ran home. Luckily I was already there because running is not my strong suit. Very happy with the experience, AC was running in 20 mins. He discovered a blown switch possibly due to a lightning strike. Replaced the switch and here we are. Thanks for a great experience!! This is the second time I've used this company and won't be the last.

I just completed a months long quoting process for a new AC system, which included five very popular HVAC companies in the Danbury area. Adolf Krueger was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and responsive company I dealt with. I worked with Mike Bria, who was great throughout the quoting process. He was the only person of the five to run a true load calculation (super important for AC work!), while the others used rule of thumb approaches. He also took the time to actually ask me how I'd use the system (i.e., I like to keep the temp around 72 and open the windows on most days), and made recommendations based on that. Other companies were suggesting equipment that was way more than I needed. Lastly, I'm not an easy sell; I ask many detailed questions to make sure that I understand what I'm spending my money on. Mike really blew me away. He really knows his stuff and provided detailed responses, making sure to fully answer all of my questions. While I haven't had the equipment installed yet, I wanted to make sure I gave this company a glowing review of the sales process, because it really was nice to sign the quote without any lingering questions, worries or concerns.

How many others have had a plumber come in to do repairs, blow holes in your sheet rock and then leave that mess for you to deal with? Krueger Plumbing teams up with carpenters and sent in a guy named Nigel to finish the repair. He did a GREAT job and is very reasonable on pricing, we hired him for more work but had to wait a few months as he is in high demand. And a message to Kerry, Taylor is the one of the nicest people I ever met but at the same time she doesn't put up with crap. You must have done or said something stupid to tick her off, knowingly or not and I don't doubt she threw it right back at you justifiably. Perhaps my view is tainted because I've met her at the office and she is also drop dead gorgeous. ;-)

Excellent service reasonable price and very professional had a gas leak which they were able to troubleshoot and fix within 2 hours after having another company look at it for 4 hours and couldn't find the the problem
