We've been unable to find ANYONE who can and will work on a Mercedes/Dodge Sprinter, and spent some $$ and time being let down completely. We had 3 different opinions on the front end alone. Adkins, nailed it in every single way. They gave us an accurate reading after scanning the vehicle, that all by itself was refreshing. They diagnosed the problem, even told us the parts to purchase/supply which meant zero mark up on parts. We drove away so happy, with the entire experience. We had an exhaust leak after the initial repair. We brought it back to them. There was NO way to know how and when the other issue occurred. Neither one of us knew for sure. They honored this and repaired it ordering the part and fixing this at no cost to us. WOW!! I'm 63, yall. This just doesn't happen any more very often! We met them half way and paid for the part bc it was the right thing to do. They took care of us like nobody else. Now we have a mechanic in TN!! Thanks everyone!!
