Everyone on staff (especially Virginia!) was very kind and friendly, and made it super easy and painless to get my International Driving Permit. The automated call center, on the other hand, is useless. Just go in person.

We needed an International Driver's Permit. Called and spoke with Molesha (Mo). We headed over and Mo was waiting for us. She was polite, efficient and funny. Took all of 10 minutes and we were done. Will definitely recommend this AAA office and Mo.
