Not only were they good on keeping my automatic payments going & annual continuous without missing that, having such a busy schedule...I was taken care of & Oscar Reyes, the mechanic expert came to my rescue for a battery boost & tires check. His advise was so easily understood that i felt like he was talking to one of his daughters or sisters in how to make sure I won't have one other thing in worrying about to keep my car running smoothly without the fear of my electricals powering my battery. Then, after getting a smog check, a half hour later, I was able to visit a AAA office only moments away, for my renewal registration & get tags right away, while i did not have to leave my kids for too long, while they enjoyed Happy Meals (uninterrupted). I was SUPER HAPPY with Edgar Rodriguez, when he met with me at the door for such a quick process, while i stayed close to my little ones by the car. He has my favorite Member Specialist! I don't know how luckily i have always been to be able to see him everytime for anything when he is always very busy, but i guess i just seem to come at the right time & AAA seems to always have my back each time i need their support, especially when there is always a sweet voice on the receiving end to answer your calls which always soothes you, like BIG HUGS through the phone! Thanks, again...AAA, I really wish that the DMV could have ALL of your help (including the new online stuff)!
