Al and Alex just came over to do repair estimate for me. They are very honest people and told me ways to repair and alternatives. They took the time to go up to the roof and inspect and put the a few sliding tiles back to place and caulked the vent pipe while they are there, even though it is just an estimation.
I am really impressed!! Very rare to see service personals with honesty and big heart.
